2 Tbs tamari
1 Tbs vinegar
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
200 g tempeh, cubed
1/4 cup celery, sliced diagonally
1 cup red bell pepper, sliced into stripes
1 Tbs chopped parsley
1/2 cup vegan French salad dressing
1 cup spiral pasta
1/4 cup onion, sliced
1/2 tsp salt
Mix first three ingredients together and add tempeh. Marinate for at least 2 hours. Heat olive oil in skillet and fry the tempeh cubes till crispy and brown.
Cook the spiral pasta till soft. Toss the pasta with remaining ingredients. Serve the pasta salad immediately or cool in the fridege for a few hours.
