Avocado and Tempeh Dip

1 avocado
1/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbs onion, minced
3/4 cup water
2 Tbs lemon juice


Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve as a dip with corn chips.
