Oniony Tempeh

Recipe ingredients

 200 g tempeh, cut in small cubes
 1 small onion, sliced
 1 Tbs vegetable oil
 1 garlic clove, crushed
 1 Tbs shoyu
 1 chili pepper
 1 Tbs brown sugar

Recipe directions

Deep fry tempeh until crunchy. Fry onion in vegetable oil until tender. Add garlic and chili pepper and saute briefly. Add fried tempeh, shoyu and brown sugar. Stir the mixture to cover tempeh.

Serve the oniony tempeh hot.
