Tempeh Meat Balls

| 400 g tempeh |
| 2 Tbs soy sauce |
| 2 Tbs water |
| 1 tsp cinnamon |
| 2 onions, chopped |
| 2 Tbs oil |
| 200 g tomato paste |
| 1 Tbs vinegar |
| salt and pepper to taste |
Recipe directions
Cook the tempeh in the water and soy sauce for 4 minutes, turn the tempeh and cook for another 4 minutes. Drain and cool.
Blend the tempeh into a smooth paste. Add cinnamon, salt and pepper and knead well. Shape into balls.
Place oil and onions in a skillet and sauté in oil until tender. Add the tempeh balls to the onions and bake for 3 minutes while stirring.
Diltute the tomato paste to the skillet and add enough water to cover the balls. Add the vinegar and bring to a boil and simmer for about 15 minutes.
