Make own tempeh
It is very easy and rewarding to make tempeh at home. All you need are some soybeans, a bit of tempeh starter and a warm place to incubate.

Crunchy Tempeh

Recipe ingredients

 200 g tempeh, diced
 1 small onions, chopped
 1 Tbsp oil
 1 small chilli, sliced
 1 clove garlic cloves, crushed
 1 tsp brown sugar
 1 tsp soy sauce
 oil for deep frying
 salt to taste

Recipe directions

Deep fry the tempeh until crunchy. Fry onion in the oil until tender, add garlic and chilli and saute briefly. Add fried tempeh, sugar, salt and soy sauce. Fry 1 minute while constantly strirring.
