Make own tempeh
It is very easy and rewarding to make tempeh at home. All you need are some soybeans, a bit of tempeh starter and a warm place to incubate.

Recipe ingredients

 500 g fresh tempeh
 1 cup vegan barbecue sauce
 1 large onion

Recipe directions

Cut the tempeh in pieces of 2 cm. Steam for about 20 min. Put the tempeh in a dish together with the chopped onions and barbecue sauce. Put in fridge for a few hours so flavours can blend.

Barbecue on a grill until brown and crisp.
