Curried Sweet Tempeh

2 Tbs prepared mustard
3 Tbs honey
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp salt
200 g tempeh, cut in thin slices
1 small can peach slices, drained


To make sauce, mix mustard, honey, curry and salt in a bowl.

Dip tempeh in sauce to coat well and put in oiled baking dish. Bake at 190°C for 25 minutes. During baking turn and cover tempeh with extra sauce twice.

Serve the curried sweet tempeh over rice. Top with peach slices.
