Tempeh Salad with AppleTotal servings: 5
200 g tempeh
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 apple, diced
1 stalk celery, diced
2 Tbs vegan mayonaise
2 tsp mustard
salt and pepper
Steam the tempeh for about 10 minutes, let cool and crumble in small pieces. Toss with onion, celery, and apple. Mix in vegan mayonaise, mustard, salt and pepper.
The tempeh salad is best served after refrigerating for 1 hour so flavours can blend.
Eat the tempeh salad with lettuce on bread.
