Miso and Tempeh SoupTotal servings: 2
150 g tempeh, sliced
2 cups of vegetable stock
2 Tbs miso
1 onion, chopped
3 Tbs vegetable oil
Add to onion to the vegetable stock and simmer for 10 minutes.
In the meantime cut the tempeh in 2 cm pieces and fry them until crisp.
Add miso to the hot vegetable stock and finally the tempeh.
