Orzo and Tempeh Soup

250 g tempeh, crumbled
1 medium onion, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
3 Tbs oil
1 Tbs miso
6 cups vegetarian stock
1 cup orzo or other small pasta shape
salt and pepper to taste


Saute onion and celery in oil for about 5 minutes. Add tempeh and saute for another 10 minutes. Add miso, stock, and orzo, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
