Make own tempeh
It is very easy and rewarding to make tempeh at home. All you need are some soybeans, a bit of tempeh starter and a warm place to incubate.

Tempeh with Noodles

Recipe ingredients

 50 ml shoyu or tamari
 150 ml water
 4 cloves garlic, crushed
 2 Tbs vinegar
 250 g fresh tempeh, cut in 1 cm cubes
 250 g noodles
 200 g pesto sauce

Recipe directions

To make the marinade mix the first 4 ingredients (shoyu or tamari, water, garlic and vinegar). Add the tempeh cubes and bring up to boil and coninue to boil for 3 minutes. Drain the tempeh.

In the meantime cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Drain the noodles and tempeh and pesto sauce. Serve the tempeh with noodles while still hot.
