Grilled Tempeh with Apricot

| 250 g tempeh |
| 2 Tbs vegetable oil |
| 2 Tbs tamari or shoyu |
| 1 Tbs vinegar |
| 2 Tbs apricot jam |
| 1 garlic, crushed |
Recipe directions
Steam the tempeh for 20 minutes. Cut in 3 cm squares.
To make the marinade mix the oil, tamari, vinegar, apricot jam and garlic.
Put the tempeh in a bowl and pour the apricot marinade over it. Marinate during 2 hours, stirring twice.
Grill the tempeh cubes on all sides, brushing with the apricot marinade, until tempeh is browned. Serve the grilled tempeh as snack or on rolls.
