Chili Tempeh

| 250 g tempeh, cut in small cubes |
| 2 Tbs vegetable oil |
| 2 cups tomato sauce |
| 1 onion, chopped |
| 1 Tbs shoyu or tamari |
| 1 Tbs prepared mustard |
| 1 clove garlic |
| 1 tsp cumin powder |
| 2 Tbs chili powder |
Recipe directions
Sauté tempeh in oil for about 10 minutes, until lightly browned and crispy. Add remainder of ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes.
Serve over rice.
