Tempeh Chips

| 200 g tempeh cut in very thin slices |
| 1/2 cup water |
| 3 Tbs shoyu or tamari |
| 1 Tbs lemon juice |
| 1 clove garlic, crushed |
| 1/2 tsp ground coriander |
| 2 Tbs vegetable oil |
| pepper to taste |
Recipe directions
In a bowl, combine water, shoyu, lemon juice, garlic and coriander. Stir, add tempeh slices and marinate for 30 minutes.
In a skillet, heat oil and fry tempeh until crisp, drain.
Serve hot or cold with your favourite dipping sauce.
