|200 g tempeh cut in very thin slices|
|1/2 cup water|
|3 Tbs shoyu or tamari|
|1 Tbs lemon juice|
|1 clove garlic, crushed|
|1/2 tsp ground coriander|
|2 Tbs vegetable oil|
|pepper to taste|
In a bowl, combine water, shoyu, lemon juice, garlic and coriander. Stir, add tempeh slices and marinate for 30 minutes.
In a skillet, heat oil and fry tempeh until crisp, drain.
Serve hot or cold with your favourite dipping sauce.
