Grilled Tempeh Kebabs

| 2 Tbs prepared mustard |
| 3 Tbs cider vinegar |
| 1 Tbs tamari |
| 4 Tbs honey |
| 300 g tempeh, steamed |
| 8 medium mushrooms |
| 1 green pepper, cut in 3 cm squares |
| 1 medium zucchini, cut in 2 cm slices |
| 1 onion, in 8 wedges |
| 8 cherry tomatoes |
Recipe directions
Mix first 4 ingredients together to make marinade. Cut steamed tempeh into 2 cm cubes. Add all the vegetables except the cherry tomatoes to the dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Carefully stir over a few times while marinating.
Divide the marinated ingredients evenly, along with the cherry tomatoes, and thread on four skewers. Place under a broiler or on the grill. Cook, turning and brushing with marinade a few times, until vegetables are tender crisp (7-10 min).
Serve the grilled tempeh kebabs immediately.
