Mock Chicken Salad

| 200 g tempeh |
| 2 Tbs vegan mayonnaise |
| 2 Tbs fresh parsley, minced |
| 1 celery stalk, finely chopped |
| 1 small onion, minced |
| 1 tsp mustard |
| 1 tsp soy sauce |
| 1 dash garlic powder |
Recipe directions
Steam tempeh for 20 minutes and allow to cool. Cut into cubes slightly smaller than 1/2 inch. Combine with remaining ingredients and mix.
